Editorial Responsibilities
The Editor-in-Chief has the responsibility of determining which articles submitted to the journal will be published. These decisions are solely based on the quality and merit of the manuscript. The Editor-in-Chief is committed to ensuring that the decision-making process is unbiased and free from any form of discrimination, including factors such as race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, or political views. Additionally, the Editor-in-Chief follows the editorial policy and complies with legal regulations regarding defamation, copyright infringement, and plagiarism when making decisions.
All members of the Editorial Board, including the Editor-in-Chief, are required to have no conflicts of interest concerning the articles they evaluate for publication. If a member feels that there might be a perception of a conflict of interest, they will not participate in the decision-making process for that particular manuscript.
The information and ideas presented in submitted manuscripts are treated as confidential. Any information or ideas found in unpublished materials cannot be used for personal gain without the written consent of the authors.
Editors and the editorial staff make every effort to ensure that the anonymity of the authors and reviewers is maintained during and after the evaluation process, in accordance with the specific type of reviewing being employed.
