Through an objective and timely peer review of submitted manuscripts, reviewers should contribute to the decision making process and to help improve the quality of the published article. Reviewers must not be a conflict of interest in relation to the research, the authors and / or funders of research. Since reviewers are expected to alert the editor to any published or submitted content which is substantially similar to the manuscript being reviewed. Reviewers should point to the relevant published work that the manuscript was not quoted. Reviewed articles should be treated as confidential. Manuscripts should not be retained or copied.

Responsibility Editor:
